               From start to finish on all projects, start with pre-sales consulting, design, propose, manage projects and implementation of Cisco VoIP.  Activities included creating a solution for customers based on business drives and seeing it through to full implementation, testing and operation.  Project management to include interfacing with the third party vendors for circuit install and testing, running project teams, configuring and testing the Cisco and Microsoft implementations to meet business practices and requirements.  I have worked on installations as small as 10 phones and as large as 2000 phones.  I have worked with Cisco Voice since version 3 to the most current versions.

US Navy  

Information Technology Engineer 1st Class                                                                                           1995-2003

             I managed the day to day activity, utilizing a staff of 8-15 engineers to support the Naval War College and the Naval Warfare Development Command, approximately 200 staff members and 2000 students.  Major upgrades included upgrading from Windows NT desktop and Server to Windows 2000, Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 on both secure and non-secure networks.  Responsibility included Client Services, Technical Services, System training, Client support, Operations, Networking and Communications.  I was also the Training Petty Officer in charge of training for our department.  I received numerous awards and medals while serving on active duty for 8 years and 7 months.  Awards included numerous Letters of Commendation, a Navy and Marine Corp Achievement medal, Air Warfare Qualifications, and Good Conduct Awards.  While in the military I had a TS/SCI clearance.
